PAYMENT POLICIES

Enrollment Fee: Every student test prep student is charged a one-time, non-refundable registration fee prior to tutoring.

Payment: Credit card payments are preferred. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. We also accept cash and checks.

Group Classes: Payment is due in full before the first class.

Your credit card will be kept on file and automatically charged as agreed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tutors are not authorized to accept cancellations or schedule changes. All cancellations and changes must be made through our office, via e-mail (Info@VogelPrep.com) or telephone (480-990-7374). To cancel an appointment without charge, please call or contact us by 4 PM the day before the scheduled appointment. For weekend appointments, please call or email by 4 PM Friday. Cancellations after that time are subject to full price charges. Even if you miss the deadline, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. If we’re able to fill the time slot, you won’t be charged for the missed appointment. Withdrawal from classes must occur 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Classes are neither prorated, nor are refunds issued after the class has begun.
